Loosen Up Your Mind With GratitudeBoston Bovines Hold The Answer For You
Did you know that our brains are full of cow paths? Robert Fritz
begins his book _The Path of Least Resistance_, by explaining
how the streets of Boston were laid out; they do not seem to be
the result of any planning.
Long, long ago in Boston, grazing and wandering cows walked the
easiest paths they could find and, with each passing cow, these
paths became more clearly defined and easier to follow. These
cow paths became the 'plan' for Boston's streets. ...

Turn the Escape Key Now'I think I know how bank robbers feel as they wait for tellers
to stuff their bounty into a satchel. . . . I damn near giggled
as she handed me that bag, validated my parking stub, smiled,
and raised her eyes to the next customer, just like that.
Clutching my toy to my chest, I shoved through the crowd and
hustled towards the exit.
'Geez, would I get away with it? Slip a creative writing book
past my mean-spirited internal censor? Would I finally ignore
that sour-breathed advisor who had ...

A Simple Recipe for LIfe.There's a party going on in my backyard. Just beyond the
goldfish pond you can hear the low hum coming from the bee
ensemble. If you step closer, you can see them dancing on the
tops of purple coneflowers dusting themselves in bright orange
pollen. They seem intoxicated by the abundance of fragrant
flowers. A vast treasure trove, I imagine, to a bee.
The butterflies gracefully pirouette onto lily tongues taking
sips of nectar juice before moving on. Soon, sun-baked fields
will yield native ...

I wouldn't tell just anybody the following tip. They might
think it too 'out there' or too woo-woo. But I trust that you

Are You Killing Your Beautiful Dream? It's one of the saddest events I see and unfortunately, I see
it far too often. Fear, the most destructive of human emotions,
succeeds in totally ruining the dreams and ambitions of millions
and millions of people EVERY YEAR.
And the real sad part is that the people involved give in to
their fears and kill their beautiful dream. Any chance of
experiencing a fulfilled happy life, of living the life they
truly want, evaporates.
Just why do people kill their dreams?
I want to share with you a ...

Success -- There Are No Secrets
There Are No Secrets To Success As you strive toward
accomplishing your goals and dreams you need to know that there
are no secrets to success! Webster's Dictionary defines a
"secret" as something kept from public knowledge; something
mysterious that is beyond general knowledge or understanding. If
that were true then it would mean success is only possible for
those few who have access to these great mysterious secrets.
Nonsense!
You Are What You Believe People believe there are ...

'You gotta dance like nobody's watching, dream like you will
live forever, live like you're going to die tomorrow and love
like it's never going to hurt.' 'Meme Grifsters
The summer I turned 40 was a summer I'll never forget. As I
reflect, it was when I truly started living my life.
It all started the week before my birthday. I was driving home
from the airport with my husband. We had just dropped our
youngest child off for a month long bicycle ...

Playing it SafeDo you play it safe with your creativity, be it expressed
through dancing, music, writing, painting, acting . . . ? Do you
find yourself working with the same old, comfortable people,
places, and situations? Where do you hold back, or fear to tread
at all? The truth is, we all play it safe: in our art, our work,
and our lives. We've been taught to do so from birth. First our
parents protected us from danger, then schools, society, and
various government agencies took over. Now it's become a ...

Setting goals -- Your ticket to successYou know that old saying -- if you don't know where you're
going, any path will get you there. That's what happens if you
don't take the time to figure out what your goals are and WRITE
them down. There's power in writing things down. Trust me, I'm a
writer. I KNOW.
Figuring out your goals is probably one of the most important
and one of the most overlooked steps for creative professionals
starting their business. Ideally you should put together a
business plan. However, I have yet to meet a ...
